Can I reserve or pre-order skeins?

For reasons of fairness and equal chances for everyone, it is not possible to reserve or pre-order skeins from shop updates. That being said, I am happy to custom-dye bigger quantities especially for you:  CUSTOM ORDER

How color accurate are your photos?

All product photos are taken using professional photography and lighting equipment. However, different screens or screen settings may cause differences in color representation. I will sometimes re-use a stock photo for the same colorway.

What do I need to consider when placing a repeat order?

With all handdyed yarn, no two skeins are exactly alike. It is therefore recommended that you buy enough skeins for your project at once.

Is there a brick-and-mortar shop where I can purchase BAERENWOLLE?

At this time, BAERENWOLLE is only available through this website.

My coupon code has expired. Can I still use it?

Coupon codes and sales/promotions are time sensitive and cannot be extended. If you have a question regarding a current promotion, I'll be happy to help.

I ordered multiple times - can you combine the shipping cost for me?

I do my best to keep shipping rates low for both national and international orders. For administrative reasons I can no longer combine orders and refund extra shipping costs.
